      Tritech introduced work from home protocols as soon as the emergency orders were placed. This was a seamless process as all resources have always been set up to work from their home offices connecting directly to their desktops via VPN. Designated staff rotate, coming into the office to ensure the compliance of all our client`s requirements are continually met and to resolve any hardware or software issues. Two daily tele-meetings occur to ensure Client issues are discussed and resolved and to check in on everyone`s physical and emotional well-being. Our staff are able to access client systems from home and to run systems for our clients that use our outsourcing facility. Telephone systems are provided that allow incoming calls to be forwarded to cell phones, and for our staff to call out thru our corporate lines when outside the office.
