- DigitalSuite is comprised of innovative digital solutions and content libraries to facilitate diverse customer journeys, offering the ability to quickly create simple, persona-based journeys for customers.. Designed to address rising customer expectations for modern service experiences, it provides carriers with the tools to react to market changes, supporting flexible interaction with dynamic APIs.
- The Digital Engagement Layer is a dynamic digital engagement and enablement platform which is flexible and agnostic, offering out-of-the-box templates and visual components for client and agent portals, as well as service providers, that are designed for usability.
- The Digital Hub provides open API layer based on micro service architecture and pre-integrated with Sapiens’ P&C core system. Theopen-communication, API-based platform enables carriers to interact with their ackoffice systems as well as other ecosystem technology providers and business partners.
