Innova Learning, Inc. provides eLearning for small and large enterprises, primarily in the regulatory and compliance space.  Our courses enable a company to deliver legislated and mandated training on compliance and regulatory topics in a cost efficient manner, and to be able to track and provided reporting to regulatory agencies.  Innova’s value proposition is in the creation of eLearning courses that exactly fit a client’s need and method of operation.  While two companies may do the exact same thing, their methodology and policies/procedures will be different.  Hence, our motto, Your Course, Your Way has been resonating with our clients for several years. Innova’s strength is in its proven ability to create, manage, and deliver world class eLearning working with the client from conception, and deliver it at a competitive cost.  Innova has a strong client base with virtually all of them being repeat clients. We continue to execute our business model with continued revenue growth and low operating expenses.  Our revenues come from the courses we create (including translations).  Additionally, we have the basis to create an off-the-shelf library of courses that can be sold as-is, have some customization added, or become the base for a custom course.
