Its configuration capacity allows the business user to manage and administer any individual or group product / plan in Propert & Casualty being able to create customized or combined plans defining their particular aspects throughout the value chain end to end. All VisualTIME™ modules are perfectly adapted to work together in a harmonic ensemble, resulting in a complete vision or “digital backbone” for your business. The suite is made up of four components which configuration tools are used to define both the Core and back-office processes, as well as digital and omnichannel interaction with all the participants to enhance the customer experience.

Front-Office => Interface with all the actors involved in the relationship, with information portals, omnichannel and self-service, mobile applications and plug-ins to improve the interaction experience.

Middle Office => Tools ready for the user in order to configure and design the products, processes and behavior of the front, Core and back-office.

Core => Integral block with all the Core operations of the insurer and its value chain.

Back-Office: It covers the administration and finance modules of the application, as well as compliance with regulators, local practices and an intelligent module to handle the import and export of group or massive transactions.
