he Avaloq group has successfully migrated Banque Internationale à Luxembourg Suisse SA (BIL Suisse) to its Swiss business process outsourcing (BPO) solution. The bank is now live on a comprehensive and pre-configured BPO solution from B-Source, based on the Avaloq Banking Suite. Following a short project time of only six months, the going live took place on 3 August 2015.

The BIL group is Luxembourg’s oldest private bank and has been offering its services in Switzerland since 1984, mainly in the private and corporate banking sectors. With the migration from its previous Apsys system to the B-Source Master, Avaloq’s Swiss BPO solution, the bank now benefits from an excellent infrastructure to support its long-term growth strategy and competitiveness. 

The B-Source Master Standard Edition (SE), which is based on the Avaloq Banking Suite, fully covers banking processes and back office services in an integrated and highly industrialised manner. BIL Suisse can focus on its core competencies and provide enhanced client management and support due to the efficiency improvement and faster time-to-market for new products and services that this solution permits.
