To begin the New Year, VPD is pleased to announce the release of VPD Risk & Performance 10.7 with a host of new enhancements for our clients and the market as we tackle the challenges that 2016 will bring.

VPD follows an agile development programme, which allows our Development team to release enhancements and modifications regularly. These updates are deployed via the VPD Support Centre which is specific to each client, who can choose to install these service pack themselves, if the features are right for them and their business.

The release of VPD Risk & Performance 10.7 includes:

·        Locking data. It is now possible for a user to lock historic data, which can be a specified for a specific data series or portfolio.  Setting a date will mean no values will be calculated or updated prior to this date with the flexibility to include or exclude portfolios as required.

·        VPD Web Portal “Summary Tab” A new “Summary Tab” has been developed in our Web Portal allowing users to summarise data in a Private Data View. This enables the creation of a set of user-defined dashboards, displaying results and data, linking to the export area as the user requires. This provides a quick overview of the key results, dynamically updated should there be any changes.

·        Attribution Charts. A dynamic graph view has been developed for the VPD Web Portal to quickly chart the results as the user browses through the array of results in a grid. This new feature allows the user to view, for example, attribution factors in a vertical bar chart and a pie chart. The graph area also includes an interactive legend so users are able to filter on the metrics they wish to visualise.
