Company Earns a Leading Position in Chartis’ RiskTech Quadrant for Enterprise GRC Three Years in a Row

Chartis Research has named Wolters Kluwer Financial Services a Category Leader in its 2015 RiskTech Quadrant® on Enterprise GRC Solutions for the third year in a row. According to the Chartis report, category leaders are those companies that can provide a true enterprisegovernance, finance, risk and compliance, or GFRC offering, with a broad array of technical capabilities and an equally impressive range of support services.

The Chartis report evaluates vendors on two key factors—completeness of offering and market potential. According to Chartis, category leaders featured in the report, such as Wolters Kluwer Financial Services and its comprehensive GFRC platform, OneSumX®, demonstrate a clear strategy for sustainable, profitable growth matched with best-in-class solutions.

“Leading firms will go beyond the traditional definition of GRC to develop a more wide-ranging approach covering a greater variety of risk and performance factors,” said Peyman Mestchian, managing partner at Chartis. “The concept of connected GFRC is more important now than ever before and it can only be achieved through next-generation data management, business intelligence and analytics. Successful players have realized that an innovative, forward-thinking approach is crucial to success.”

“Wolters Kluwer Financial Services is pleased to once again be recognized as a GFRC leader by Chartis,” said Todd Cooper, vice president and general manager of the company’s Enterprise Risk & Compliance business. “Our strong position in this report underscores our continued commitment to meeting the evolving needs of risk, compliance, finance and audit professionals through our unique combination of industry knowledge, technology and services.”

Earlier in 2015, Wolters Kluwer Financial Services earned the No. 4 position in Chartis’ RiskTech100® for the second year in a row. In the same report, the company was recognized as a Category Leader in Regulatory Reporting, marking four years running that it has won that honor. Most recently, the company was named a Category Leader for the financial services industry in Chartis’ RiskTech Quadrant® on Operational Risk Management Systems for Financial Services for the third year in a row.
