Best Companies Limited ‘The Workplace Engagement Specialists’ have announced that The Test People has achieved Best Companies 2 Star Accreditation and has been named as one of The Sunday Times 100 Best Small Companies to Work For.

In 2006, Best Companies launched the Accreditation Standard to celebrate all organisations that are doing great things for workplace engagement. The Best Companies Accreditation process is a fixed standard ranking organisations workplace engagement status. Based on input from Test People employees, the 2 star award confirms The Test People’s status as an ‘Outstanding’ company to work for.

In addition, The Test People have also been rated in the Best 100 Companies to work for and will be featured in The Sunday Times 'The Best Companies Guide' magazine. The award will be presented to The Test People at The Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For awards celebration that will be held at Battersea Evolution, Battersea Park on Wednesday 26th February.

Gav Winter Managing Director of The Test People said "Getting a Best Companies award was one of our core goals as an organisation. It is important that our people feel part of something they believe in. This isn't easy with a distributed workforce, feeling part of the whole is a challenge. This award shows it can be done and we're proud that our people feel this way about their place of work.

Andy Slight, Business Development Director and Co-founder added “As an organisation we work hard to ensure all our employees feel that they are all participating in the development of the company and follow a one-team ethos”
