Celent's research services are organized by
industry vertical, including Banking,
Securities & Investments, Insurance, as well as by customer type
around the following six broad categories: 
Research Membership
Members sign up on an annual basis to gain
access to one or more of the above listed research segments which each come
with the following benefits:
- New reports. Access to a minimum of
15-20+ new reports per segment per year.
- Report archive. Access to all of
Celent's previously published research in the segments selected.
- Analyst
Access. Unfettered access to Celent analysts for a variety of
queries, including questions about a report, one-on-one strategy sessions,
requests for additional data, discussions around an IT topic, etc.
- Celent events. Complimentary
invitations to attend to Celent events (travel expenses not included).
- Online content. Online access to
download reports and associated charts/graphs in their original format.
Clients are welcome to source Celent data and graphics, provided that
Celent is cited.
Annual research memberships start at
US$40,000 for access to one of the seven segments above. Discounts are
available for multiple services. Celent also offers flexible packages that
allow firms to select reports à la carte across our six research segments.
Report Types
Celent publishes ongoing reports that
generally fall into one of four categories:
- Overall trends analysis, taking a
high-level view of a trend in one of the financial services verticals
above.
- Vendor comparisons, taking a
detailed look at various technology vendors' offerings and providing
recommendations to financial institutions engaged in system selections.
- Case studies, close-up reports
focusing on a single firm’s experience launching a specific technology
initiative.
- Market data, focusing on end-user
behavior, spending levels, and market sizes.
