Abstract

The banking industry in Japan today faces a number of challenges, from the lingering effects of the global financial crisis, to demographic limitations on growth. Japanese bankers are under pressure to develop new business models in order to grow.

Celent's Tokyo Banking Roundtable will examine how technology and innovation can help with these and other issues facing the industry today. The event will focus on two areas of innovation: mobile / smartphone banking, and using technology to drive efficiency and create value in regional and community banking.
