Abstract

This event focused on findings from the Celent report North American SnAppshot: Capital Markets and Wealth Management: An Overview of Mobile Apps. Bill Fearnley, Jr., Senior Analyst at Celent, discussed the latest “smart” mobility trends in the smartphone and tablet segments as well as some of the apps already launched. Whether the driver for app adoption is revenue generation or cost reduction, institutions face issues addressing the needs of their mobile customers.
