Abstract

This report will aim to highlight how “digital” has become a force for disruption in the wealth management industry and will specifically look at the application of digital technology and the client experience.

Wealth managers are using digital technology to enrich advisor-client interaction. But what are the components of a "good" digital client experience? Placing the client at the heart of the “client experience” sounds innate, but it is not always the case in practice.

This report looks at how digital technology can support flexible and customisable client journeys and explores opportunities for wealth managers. Celent will conclude the report by suggesting specific steps that wealth managers could take to transform their digital platform.
