Madhavi Mantha is a
senior analyst in Celent’s banking group and is based in Montreal. Ms.
Mantha’s research and consulting focus on emerging technologies and
business strategies across retail and wholesale banking, with a focus on
sourcing strategies (including outsourcing and offshoring), ATMs, and
content and business process management.
Ms.
Mantha brings considerable experience in the application of information
technology within financial services. She is the primary author of recent
Celent reports on business process outsourcing and ATM advanced
functionality. Her recent consulting engagements involved analyzing the
competitive landscape in particular segments for financial institutions,
as well as advising technology vendors on their go-to-market strategies.
Ms.
Mantha has been widely quoted in both the trade and mainstream press, and
is also a frequent speaker at conferences and seminars.
Prior
to joining Celent, she held positions
in product management and marketing at a
leading e-business solutions provider serving the banking industry.
Ms.
Mantha received her MBA from McGill
University and her bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Concordia
University in Montreal. She
is fluent in English and French.
