From the Senior Vice President

Happy New Year! Are you back in full swing? If you're like me, you've still got half a carton of eggnog in the fridge. Some wrapped presents lying around that Santa forgot to mail out. And a maxed out digital camera, full of pictures that may never be printed. Ahhh, the holidays!

Unfortunately, those remnants of the dead zone between Christmas and New Year's are likely to be around for a while, because the calendar has turned and there is lots to do. For example, we're putting the final touches on our CIO Roundtable and Model Carrier events, held in New York at the end of this month. We're attacking a full slate of research reports (see list below), designed to start your year off with a bang. And we're responding to a steady flow of consulting requests, which supports our contention that the industry has turned a corner.

I'll also let you in on a secret. The Celent insurance team will be growing significantly in the next month or so, expanding our ability to provide you with unique industry perspectives. Watch this space for more, or come to the New York events for a preview!
